The Old Northeast has been building since 1905 and was mostly filled in by the 1950s. Kenwood is largely 1940s to 1960s with pre-war homes mixed in. These bathrooms almost always hold the original cast iron or porcelain-over-steel tub: heavy, well made, and worth saving. Pulling one out means taking apart tile and often a doorway. This is where hand-poured epoxy earns its money.
Mostly 1950s to 1970s concrete block, three bedrooms and two baths. Standard five-foot alcove tubs, usually with the original tile surround. Straightforward jobs, and the wall tile can be done at the same visit.

A different problem entirely. These are usually 1980s to 2000s fiberglass or acrylic units, thinner and more flexible than cast iron. They need different preparation, and we will say up front when a spray refresh is the sensible choice instead of the premium coating. Building rules matter here too: we work in occupied units with no demolition and no odor, which is usually what the association wants to hear.
